Freedaa Carlo. Las Dos Freedas. Mexico. I'm not sure of my impression. She is very depressed because she is cutting her heart vein thingy. She reflected her hurt from her life in her artwork. She has crazy art work and had a crazy life. My focus is on the 2 hearts of the Freedas. Theme is Mexican Revolution and her two different sides. The art is about her two different sides and she is moving forward in her life. I think she created this artwork to help her move forward. I think she viewed the world as hard and cruel. My impression of the artwork still hasn't changed. I don't apply anything from the artwork to my own. There is a combination of colors.
